Bonus offers and promotions

8/10

Grams.bet's sportsbook promo system is clearly focused on the welcome bonus, with the rest of the offerings being long-term additions rather than regular incentives.

Welcome bonus

Two welcome boosts will be available to newcomers after their first two top-ups. The first deposit receives a 50% bonus of up to €50 with a minimum deposit of €25, and the second deposit gets another 50% bonus of up to €100, provided it’s more than €30. Both incentives come with a 1x wagering requirement, which is fairly simple to fulfil as compared to other offers.

Keep in mind that you have seven days to meet the wagering requirement before the reward expires.

Other promotions

Most ongoing promotions at Grams.bet are geared toward the casino, including rakeback, daily cashback, free spins, and other game-specific rewards. Sports bettors, however, have access to two notable features.

The first is a gamification hub with Missions, Races, a Wheel, and a Shop, where players can earn points and redeem rewards such as cash bonuses. Unfortunately, these features were not operational during our testing, so we couldn't assess how they work in practice or their value for sportsbook users.

The second is the Refer-a-Friend program. It pays a 10% commission on your referrals' real-money wagering activity, credited every 24 hours in USDT regardless of the currency they use. Earnings are capped at €1,000 per referral, with no limit on the number of friends you can invite.

The sportsbook promotions are still very much a work in progress. While the welcoming 2-parter is attractive, thanks to its low 1x wagering requirement, almost every ongoing promotion is designed for gamblers. Sports bettors are left with little beyond the referral program and a gamification system that wasn't functional during our testing.

Rewards and loyalty programs at Grams.bet

There is a 25-level VIP program that primarily rewards casino play. It works automatically, meaning the more you bet, the higher your level and the greater the rewards you unlock, including cashback, rakeback, Wheel of Fortune spins, and dedicated customer support.

At the highest listed tier, players can receive up to 14% daily cashback, 10% rakeback, and a personal VIP manager. You can track your current level and available rewards in the VIP section of your account. Access to the exclusive VIP Club is available by invitation for high-activity players.

Grams.bet licensing & security information

8/10

Grams.bet started its operations in December 2025, and is owned by Global Nexus Ltd., a company incorporated in Belize. The sportsbook is licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan under permit number ALSI-202412043-FI2. Users can secure their accounts using two-factor authentication (2FA), and there are also password change and session management features.

Usability and user experience

8/10

Despite offering a large number of betting markets and daily matches, the platform remains intuitive to use.

Navigation

Grams.bet has a simple navigation system, with a top menu featuring sports icons, a search bar, notifications, and access to your wallet. You can filter competitions by country and league, then use the Matches and Outrights tabs to narrow your selection. Dedicates Live, Highlights, Predictions, and Event Builder tabs, along with the floating Betslip and Quick Bet toggle, help keep the main functionality within arm's reach at all times.

Design

Grams.bet has a trendy dark-blue look with lime-green accents that help to emphasise essential buttons and odds. Large match cards, nation flags, league badges, live scoreboards and collapsible market groups boost readability, and separate widgets for Top Events, Top Outrights and Hot Combos ensure popular betting options stay in view.

  • Limitations
  • Sports icon toolbar becomes crowded as more disciplines are displayed
  • Homepage contains many widgets and navigation elements

Grams.bet app

7/10

Grams.bet does not have native applications for Android and iOS, but it does have a Progressive Web App (PWA) that can be loaded on both. The operator advertises exclusive PWA bonuses and claims the app loads up to 830% faster than the website, although we did not independently verify these claims. In our tests, however, the PWA loaded in 2.2 seconds on an iPhone XR over a 4G connection in Paris and had the same functionality as the desktop site.

Customer service

8/10

Customer support is available 24/7 at Grams.bet, and throughout our testing, the live chat responded quickly, providing clear and relevant answers in approximately one minute. Support is available in English primarily, while Italian and Dutch players can also communicate in their native languages.

  • Live chat: available 24/7
  • Email: support@grams.bet (customer support); info@grams.bet (general enquiries)

Grams.bet also maintains official Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X channels, all linked in the footer. Real user reviews from Trustpilot are currently mixed, but 24% of reviewers gave this site a perfect rating. Our interaction with live chat was considerably more positive, although a single test cannot verify the consistency of long-term support.

Registration at Grams.bet

8/10

To figure out how to register, you need to open the main page first. Then, the sign-up process follows these steps:

  1. Click on the “Sign Up” button.
  2. Type in your email, come up with a password, select your currency.
  3. If possible, you can add a Grams.bet promo code before confirming you’re 18 and accepting the bookmaker’s Terms and Conditions.
  4. After clicking "Continue," you'll be asked to enter your personal information, including your full name and address, over the next two steps.

As an alternative to the standard account creation process, you can use Google or Telegram to create your account in under five minutes.

Conclusion

8/10

The Grams.bet platform feels well-suited for novice sportsbook bettors from Italy and the Netherlands who prefer simplicity over having complex promotions and features. During our testing, the intuitive interface, responsive live betting pages, and fast live chat made it easy to get started. The 1x first-deposit bonus wagering requirement, combined with the low €20 minimum top-up, further lowers the barrier to entry. The main drawback is the lack of recurring sportsbook promotions, as most long-term rewards are aimed at casino players instead.
