Espanyol's season has been a tale of two parts. In the first one, they were amazing, and it seemed like the Catalan team could secure Europe. After 21 rounds, they were even in the top five. Even though 14th place looks solid, they are only two points away from the danger zone. In the remaining three games, they will face only teams from the top 10, and survival won't be easy.

According to credible sources, even his participation in the World Cup is uncertain. The 23-year-old winger has scored six and assisted for four goals in 25 La Liga appearances. Additionally, Benat Prados Diaz and Unai Egiluz should remain sidelined with their injuries.
