However, if you have the 22bet app, you can try to circumvent this situation by using the free call back request available in the support section. You will have to provide your phone number and an accompanying message for your call, and even after that, there are no guarantees. While it is better than nothing, it still does not quite qualify as established phone support.
Live chat is available on desktop, mobile and app platforms. You can use the desktop and mobile live chat without logging in, but app live chat requires user authorisation. It is likely due to how the chat is structured to act as a different page on mobile/desktop (you can freely browse 22bet pages while chatting with support, including signing in), while in the app it is an inherent function that is inseparable from the main content.
Live chat seems to really be available 24/7 without any issues; the only error that we’ve encountered was a connectivity problem when we had to continuously “regresh” the page to get the chat working.

We were very pleased with response times and quality of 22bet e-mail support. Response times were held under 15 minutes even at hours where support should have had the most traffic, and the answers were precise and constructive.
22bet customer experience for us was a mixed bag of feelings. On one hand, they cut down the variety of their support by excluding phone calls. On the other hand, they seem to try to compensate for it by providing 24/7 available live chat along with e-mail contact details.
Overall, it seems that the sportsbook’s focus is on the live chat, with e-mail support being a strong alternate option.
