KFUM vs Bodo/Glimt prediction 12.07.2026 | Eliteserien

After finishing four points ahead of the relegation playoff position last season, KFUM hopes to do the same in the current campaign. However, after 11 league matches, Jorgen Isnes' side sits only one point above the relegation zone, leaving little margin for error and plenty of work to do in the remainder of the season. KFUM struggled before the World Cup break with only one victory in the last five Eliteserien matches. In the most recent outing, Isnes' team played 0-0 at home against Tromso. The visitors had significantly higher ball possession and more shots on the goal, but KFUM's defense was good enough to secure a valuable draw. 

An important player from the earlier part of the 2026 season, midfielder Simen Hestnes, left KFUM to join Hacken. However, the team from Oslo reacted quickly by signing Brage Tobiassen from Staaek. In the previous part of the campaign, KFUM had many problems in attack, so it will not be surprising if Isnes' team adds offensive firepower in the rest of the summer transfer window. 

KFUM  have some problems with missing players. They will be without Ayoub Aleesami and Mansour Sinyan on Sunday afternoon. Also, Magnus Eikrem and Emil Odegaard are questionable, and their statuses will be clearer closer to the kickoff.

Last season, Bodo/Glimt were outstanding in the Champions League, but they lost the Eliteserien title to Viking. Bodo/Glimt are determined to get back to the top of domestic football in the current campaign. However, after 11 league rounds, they are four points behind Viking, and, obviously, the 2026 season will be far from easy. Bodo/Glimt played well before the break, with five games in a row without defeat. In the previous match, they played 2-2 on the road against Rosenborg. The guests expected more from that match, but they struggled defensively and eventually took home only one point. 

Bodo/Glimt are not too active so far in the summer transfer window. Their only signing so far is Joshua Kitolano from Sparta Rotterdam. The defensive midfielder appeared in 32 Eredivisie games last season. 

Patrick Berg, Jens Hauge, and Fredrik Bjorkan are at the World Cup and are unavailable for Sunday's trip to Oslo. Also, Daniel Bassi, August Mikkelsen, and Magnus Riisnaes are questionable.
