Napoli vs Roma prediction 15.02.2026 | Serie A

Napoli come into Sunday's crucial Serie A contest after a painful Coppa Italia defeat against Como earlier this week. Held to a 1:1 draw in regulation play, Antonio Conte's side bowed out of the competition after a 7:6 defeat in the shootout. 

Gli Azzurri have endured a mixed run of form since the turn of the year. Napoli failed to win seven of their ten most recent fixtures, although they did claim victories in both of their last two Serie A games. 

A lack of clean sheets has been a surprising issue for a usually strong Neapolitan defence. Conte's men conceded at least one goal in their last six games while they have kept clean sheets in just two of ten previous fixtures. 

Head coach Conte remains unable to call on several first-team players this weekend. Kevin De Bruyne, Giovanni Di Lorenzo, Frank Anguissa, Billy Gilmour and David Neres are ruled out, Juan Jesus is suspended, while Scott McTominay is also expected to remain unavailable.

Roma make the trip to Naples after a straightforward 2:0 win over Cagliari last weekend. An impressive display from recently acquired Dutch forward Donyell Malen saw the former Villa attacker score both goals at the Olimpico.

Gian Piero Gasperini's side have been in solid form this year, picking up five wins while losing just two of their last nine games across all competitions. 

A much-improved campaign sees the Romans fifth in Serie A, just three points behind Napoli ahead of this weekend's fixture in Naples. 

Head coach Gasperini has half-a-dozen selection issues this weekend. Manu Koné, Stephan El Shaarawy, Artem Dovbyk and Robinho Vaz are ruled out, while Mario Hermoso and Evan Ferguson are doubtful to feature at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona.
