Through our Luckygem review, we have analysed the terms and conditions of all the available sports promotions. In total, there are 13 bonuses available, but only 3 of them are dedicated to sports bettors. The good news is that their terms are fair, so continue reading to learn more about them!

Newly registered users can claim Luckygem’s welcome offer on their first deposit. The minimum amount they need to transfer is 20 EUR, and they can claim a 100% deposit-match bonus of up to 100 EUR. Other promotions

Registered users can claim two additional ongoing promotions for sports, and they look like this:

• Bonus on 3rd deposit: The 3rd money transfer to your Luckygem account of at least 20 EUR will qualify you for a bonus of 100% up to 200 EUR. Terms and conditions are identical to the previous ones: 8x wagering rate, deadline 7 days, minimum free bet odds of 1.90.

Luckygem’s VIP program is available only for gambling. It offers 30 different levels, divided into six different titles, starting from Topaz Star and ending with Diamond Titan (from the 26th to the 30th level). The only way to make progress through the levels is to wager your funds on casino games. Some of the benefits you can get are:

Another thing we would like to see is more responsible gambling tools. We couldn’t find any options to limit our spending, deposits, or length of sessions on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Adding these services would give a higher level of control over funds to each registered user.

The entire offering is properly divided, ensuring a simple usage of the website from the first moment. We experience a bit slower upload time, especially during peak hours, and we strongly believe such an upgrade would make the journey on the website even more comfortable. 

Navigation

The main menu is located in the left part of the screen. Luckygem’s website design does not follow the branding policy. The dominant colours are black and different shades of green. Textual content is white, ensuring the necessary contrast with the background, but it would be good if the font (especially in the sports section) were a bit bigger.

As of October 2025, the typical Luckygem’s mobile app has not been released. Yet, players can add the website to the home screen on both iOS and Android devices. The iOS users only need to click on the Share button at the bottom of the screen and click on “Add to Home Screen”. On the other hand, Android users need to click on the three dots next to the domain name. 

Although this is not the “real app”, we do recommend it because we have noticed a much quicker reload time. Even the operator itself tells that everything happens up to 50% faster this way. You will get access to all 50+ sports categories along with live betting and customer support.

With cryptos, the withdrawals are usually instant, while with credit cards and bank transfers, the process can last up to 5 days. The agents were pretty polite and professional. They provided answers without any delays or additional checks, meaning they have passed all the necessary tests. Unfortunately, the German language isn’t currently available, but that could change in the future since the textual content can be translated into that language.

Sports coverage counts 50+ categories in total. On that list, you can find soccer, basketball, tennis, but also some specials like footvolley, mixed martial arts, and chess. All the major leagues are there, but the minor ones really impressed us, and good examples of that are the Regionalliga Southwest in Germany, the 2nd Swiss hockey league, and so on.

Sports odds

In general, Luckygem’s odds are competitive in all sports categories. The average Luckygem’s margin is 5.95%, which is also great because most of the websites that we reviewed had an average between 5% and 6.5%.

As you can guess, the margins vary from one sports group to another. For example, for tennis, it is 5.50%, which is below the average of 7% we've gotten used to. On the other hand, for soccer, they are 6.10% in the top 5 leagues; margins in that section are usually below 5.5%, meaning it is a bit higher.

Live betting and streaming

Luckygem’s live betting section covers around 40 sports categories, including some unusual ones like padel tennis, Australian football, and darts, which is a great number. Yet, something that positively surprised us even more is Luckygem’s live streaming service.

For almost every game, you will find a simulation of streaming. There, you can see the movement of the ball, the most important information highlighted, and similar things. However, there are also a large number of matches, especially from soccer, basketball, and tennis categories, that come with HD live streams. All that makes real-time betting more comfortable.

Limits

The minimum bet you can make is 0.10 EUR, while the maximum depends on the number of events, the type of betting markets you are betting on, and the sports category. For example, for 3 multi-bets on hockey, each one determining the bet winner, we got a maximum of 84.28 EUR.

Betting markets

The number of betting markets at Luckygem’s sportsbook varies. For example, for Europa League soccer matches, the number was 250+, but for some minor leagues from Asia and Africa, that number usually didn’t go above 100. For the strongest basketball leagues, like the Euroleague and the NBA, the number of betting markets was always between 140 and 200.

Here are some betting options we would like to highlight:

Luckygem’s eSports coverage counts 15+ categories. The usual ones like Dota 2, CS 2, League of Legends, and others are, as we expected, available. Yet, we also noticed some other games that aren’t commonly present on online betting sites like FC26, Halo, and Crossfire. 

eSports odds

Odds are standard, neither better nor worse compared to other betting sites that we reviewed. Margin for CS 2 is 8.17%, while for Dota 2 and LoL, it is identical - 8.28%. That means the average margin is 8.24%

eSports live betting and streaming 

Whenever we analysed the eSports section, literally every match had a live stream. The streams are in HD resolution, and we haven’t experienced any major lags. You can make predictions on the outcome of the current and next maps.

eSports betting markets

For each match in any category, there are around 100 betting options available. You can predict how many total kills there will be in the next map, who will win the next map, and even how long each map will last (with lower and upper limits).

Since we have come to the end of our review of Luckygem, we need to highlight its main advantages and disadvantages. We primarily appreciate the deposit-match bonuses on the first three deposits, yet we would also like to see more ongoing reload promotions for sports. 

Also, we truly appreciate the 50+ sports categories available as well as the diversity of betting markets, with a focus on Luckygem’s specials like the total number of corners or predicting whether there will be red cards in the match or not. Ultimately, the diversity of cryptos, bank transfer options, and credit cards makes all the transfers simple and reliable! 

Despite the already-mentioned lack of ongoing sports promotions, we believe that the website should have a more valuable license. In addition to that, some responsible gambling tools, like spending limits, are missing. Enjoying Luckygem’s offerings with those options would be safer!
