Although regularly among the worst Serie A teams, Lecce have successfully survived in the Italian top flight in the last four seasons. Avoiding relegation is again the primary goal for the team from Stadio Via del Mare. Lecce opened the 2026/27 campaign with one victory and three defeats across all competitions. Monza have big problems with injuries. They will be without Idrissa Toure, Gustavo Varela, Jan Ziolkowski, Patrick Ciurria, and Matteo Pessina on Sunday in Lecce.
