Brighton face their final Premier League fixture of the season after a potentially damaging 1:0 defeat at Leeds last weekend. 

Despite creating numerous opportunities and a final xG tally of over three, the visitors were left empty-handed as Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s stoppage-time goal secured the points for the home side. 

Fabian Hurzeler’s side had been in fine form before their defeat at Elland Road, securing five wins while losing only one of seven previous EPL encounters. 

Particularly solid in home fixtures, Brighton won nine and lost only three of 18 home fixtures this season. 

Head coach Hurzeler has a few injury issues this weekend. Adam Webster (knee) and Kaoru Mitoma (hamstring) are ruled out through injury, while Mats Wieffer is doubtful due to a knock.

Manchester United head to the AMEX after a thrilling 3-2 win against Nottingham Forest last weekend. Luke Shaw opened the scoring with his first goal in more than three years, before second-half strikes from Matheus Cunha (55') and Bryan Mbeumo (76') secured victory for Michael Carrick’s side.

The Red Devils have maintained their strong form under the former Middlesbrough boss, picking up 11 wins while losing just two of 16 EPL fixtures. 

A poor record in this fixture will give Carrick plenty of cause for concern, though. United lost three of their last four matches against Brighton, including a 2:1 defeat at Old Trafford earlier this season.

Head coach Carrick.has two injury concerns ahead of the trip to Brighton. Matthijs de Ligt is ruled out with a back injury, while Benjamin Šeško is doubtful due to a leg issue.
