During the wagering period, you’re only allowed to place bets on events that feature 1.80 or higher odds. Markets with boosted odds, accumulators on the same event, Asian handicap, and Asian over/under markets are excluded from this promotion. Our first impression of the WinMega website is good. It’s well-designed, error-free, and intuitive. You can quickly sign up, claim bonuses, and start betting. The homepage aggregates major details from both the sportsbook and casino. Overall, it appears to be a legit entity.

Navigation

Navigation, as in finding and exploring different pages, is intuitive on the WinMega website. The main menu is clearly defined with different tabs. Design

While WinMega’s website design is modern and features an ancient Egyptian aesthetic, we’re not happy with the loading speed. The pages often take 5 seconds or more to load, something that doesn’t align with the rest of the features. It also lacks live streaming facilities for live bettors.

At the time of writing, there are no mobile apps for WinMega. If you’re okay with using the mobile site, you won’t feel that WinMega’s mobile app is missing. The site is well-optimised to load all elements. It uses HTML5 to fit all screen sizes.

The mobile site, however, suffers from the same loading speed issue. It hampers the usability, but not the features. You can sign up, deposit, place bets, withdraw, and perform every other function from the website. During our test, we didn’t encounter any broken pages or glitches.

You can only deposit with payment methods that are registered in your name. If you’re depositing in a different currency than what your account is set to, you may need to pay a conversion fee. 

Speaking of fees, WinMega doesn’t charge its customers for deposits. However, if your chosen method has a fee, you’re responsible for paying it. For credit/debit card deposits, the money will only show up in your account if the 3rd party payment processor issues an authorisation. Before you can withdraw from your WinMega account, note that your deposits are subject to 5x wagering. If you don’t complete the deposit wagering requirements, you'll pay an 8% processing fee. WinMega’s customer support includes 24/7 live chat, email, and an FAQ section. Our experience with the live chat is not good. While we were instantly connected to an agent, they failed to answer our questions and closed the chat abruptly. 

Then, we tried the email channel and asked our questions. We received a reply after 9 hours, which is within the promised timeframe. The reply contained our answers. 

Besides English, the support is also available in the same languages the website offers. These languages are Italian, Finnish, Arabic, French, German, Hungarian, Norwegian, Spanish, and Polish.

As for the FAQ section, it contains a handful of questions. We believe it’s not enough, especially for new customers. Overall, we’re not satisfied with how WinMega handles customer support.

Live betting and streaming

To access WinMega’s live betting, navigate to the “Live Betting” tab. The interface is divided into 3 sections. Overview, Event View, and Calendar. These are here to help you navigate the ongoing and upcoming events from all over the world. The top sports for in-play betting are football, tennis, ice hockey, futsal, esports, darts, table tennis, etc.

We've expected to see WinMega’s live streaming, but there is none. We’ve checked all events from the live betting tab as well as contacted customer support to confirm it. 

Limits

The minimum and maximum bet amounts depend on what sports you choose for wagering and what your chosen currency is. When you choose an event, the “min” and “max” buttons on your bet slip will give you the exact numbers. After deep research, we noticed that the minimum stake is often 1 EUR.

As for WinMega’s live streaming, the same is true as regular sports. There is no streaming support at the time of writing.
