Watford have made a perfectly average start to the season, which is accurately reflected by their position in the Championship table - 12th out of 24 teams. Their recent league form mirrors that standing as well, with two wins, one draw, and two defeats in their last five matches. Notably, both victories came at Vicarage Road, where the Hornets have been particularly strong. Impressively, Watford have recorded four consecutive home wins since their last defeat against Blackburn Rovers following the September international break.
