PSV Eindhoven vs Fortuna Sittard prediction 31.10.2025 | Eredivisie

PSV returns to Philips Stadion after a thrilling 3:2 win against title rivals Feyenoord last weekend. Ismael Saibari´s stunning hat-trick secured a famous win for Peter Bosz's boys. 

Now unbeaten in their last seven matches, PSV picked up victories in each of their last four games, and findS themselves just one point behind Feyenoord after Sunday´s win in Rotterdam. 

Goals are usually on the menu when the Rood-witten are in action. The hosts scored 15 in their four most recent matches while a minimum of three goals were scored in each of PSV´s last seven victories. 

Head coach Bosz is likely to keep faith with much of the same XI that claimed victory last weekend. Ruben van Bommel and Alassane Pléa are expected to remain sidelined for the home side.

Fortuna Sittard makes the trip to Eindhoven after breaking a three-game losing run with a narrow 1-0 win against Gemert in the KNVB Beker on Tuesday. Kristoffer Peterson´s second-half strike secured a place in the next round for FSC.

Danny Buijs's side had slipped to consecutive Eredivisie defeats against Excelsior and Groningen after a painful 8:1 friendly setback against Lierse earlier this month.

Goals have to be expected when Fortuna takes on PSV. Each of the last six meetings between these sides have seen BTTS while all but two of their last ten encounters finished with over 2.5 goals scored.

Head coach Buijs is unable to call on several players this week. Daley Sinkgraven, Ramazan Bayram, Samuel Bastien, Alen Halilovic, Syb van Ottele and Shawn Adewoye are expected to remain in the Fortuna treatment room.
