In the last three years, Fiorentina have been seventh and (twice) eighth in the Serie A while making deep runs in the Conference League. Right full-back Emil Holm suffered an injury in the previous game against AC Milan in the Cup and had to leave the field after 76 minutes. It was an unfortunate moment for the 25-year-old Swede because he had just recovered from the calf injury, which had kept him off the field in four games before the AC Milan match. Luckily, Bologna have an excellent backup in Davide Calabria or Lorenzo De Silvestri.
