With every week, we are closer to knowing which two teams will play for the Europa League title in Bilbao later this month. Bodo/Glimt hoped for a miracle, but after a 3-1 defeat in the first leg in London against Tottenham, they needed a special performance to progress to the final.
Bodo/Glimt are clearly the best Norwegian team. Due to the obligations in the Europa League, Kjetil Knutsen's team postponed a few games in the domestic competition, so Bodo/Glimt played only four, while some teams have played three more matches. However, Knutsen's team won ten points in those four ties and are obviously in good form again. They postponed last weekend's game, too.
Tottenham had a terrible Premier League campaign. They won only 38 points in 35 matches, so Ange Postecoglou's team will save the season if they win the Europa League title. Tottenham are in terrible form, with only one win in the last four matches. In the previous game, they played 1-1 on the road against West Ham. The guests rested part of the squad in that game, but they defended well and picked up one point.

Patrick Berg, Hakon Evjen, and Andreas Helmersen missed the first leg against Tottenham due to suspension. All three players will get their opportunity on Thursday night. Syver Skeide and Gaute Vetti are still out due to injuries.
