For the past six years, Valencia have been a mid-table team at best, constantly finishing between ninth and 14th place. The popular Bats looked more like a team likely to be involved in a relegation battle than one fighting for European spots. After a 1:1 draw with Real Betis, coach Carlos Corberán spoke to the media. He said it wasn't the result they wanted, but praised the team for their performance. When asked about the atmosphere in the dressing room, he said there is unity and commitment among the team and that they are working hard to overcome a rough period.

Levente are a team that constantly moved between La Liga and La Liga 2 in the 21st century. Last year, they secured promotion and are only looking to survive this year and avoid relegation. However, that isn't going according to plan as they sit in 19th place with nine points after 12 rounds. Still, they are only one point away from the safe zone, and a win here would secure them an escape from the danger zone, at least for a short time.

Midfielder Unai Vencedor served his one-game suspension against Atletico Madrid after receiving a red card in the game before. He has been an important part of the starting eleven, and we expect him back in the starting lineup. His return is really important since they already have one key midfielder out with an injury (Pablo Martinez).
