Sweden vs Kosovo prediction 13.10.2025 | World Cup Qualifiers

Sweden have disappointed their supporters in the World Cup qualifiers, which is surprising given the talent in the squad.

The Blue-Yellows began their campaign with a 2:2 draw against Slovenia in September, a game in which they led twice. They then lost 2-0 to Kosovo in their second game and were desperate to secure their first win in the group against Switzerland in midweek.

Alexander Isak and his teammates were disappointing once again, failing to record a single shot on goal over the course of 90 minutes and lost 2-0.

Gyökeres and Isak may well start up front again, despite playing every minute of that game, although Anthony Elanga of Newcastle United is an option.

Meanwhile, Kosovo started their Group B World Cup qualifying campaign with a humiliating 4-0 loss to Switzerland in Basel in September.

The Dardanians only managed one shot on goal in that game but have fared much better since then, avoiding defeat in two matches. After their win and clean sheet against Sweden last month, Jon Dahl Tomasson’s team played to a 0-0 draw with Slovenia midweek, though they didn't register a single shot on goal over the 90 minutes.

Lindon Emërllahu was unavailable because of his red card back in September but he will be ready for selection against Sweden. With one goal in three matches, Vedat Muriqi looks poised to lead the line on Monday, while Rrahmani will be the man to watch in the engine room.
