Sandefjord vs KFUM Oslo prediction 07.08.2026 | Eliteserien

Sandefjord return to Jotun Arena looking to end a poor run of results in the Eliteserien. Andreas Tegstrom’s side slipped to a 1:0 reversal at Frederikstad last weekend, with Fredrik Holmé’s first-half goal proving the difference. 

A miserable run of form has seen Sandefjord lose five while failing to win any of their last seven matches. 

The hosts also suffered a 3:0 defeat against Bodo/Glimt in their most recent home fixture, leaving them 12th in the table with 15 points from 15 matches.

Tegstrom’s men have failed to win their last three games at Jotun Arena and now sit only two points above the drop zone.

Head coach Tegstrom has two confirmed injury absentees. Marcus Melchior remains sidelined with a knee injury, while Nikolaj Moller is also unavailable because of a knock.

KFUM Oslo make the trip to Sandefjord after a morale-boosting 2:1 win against Kristiansund last weekend. First-half goals from Magnus Wolff Eikrem and Bilal Njie secured the points for Jorgen Isnes’s side.

Before that win, KFUM had lost three successive Eliteserien fixtures, while they had won only one of eight previous league fixtures. 

Defensive issues have been a major concern for KFUM, particularly on the road. Winless in six away fixtures, Oslo leaked 15 goals on their travels this season. 

Jorgen Isnes has a few injury issues to deal with this week. Ayoub Aleesami is ruled out with a groin injury, while Moussa Njie is also unavailable with an unspecified problem. Emil Odegaard is also doubtful to feature after picking up a knock.
