Rizespor vs Gaziantep prediction 13.04.2026 | Super Lig

In the previous two seasons, Rizespor finished ninth with 50 and 49 points. This year, the team from the Black Sea coast is in a similar position, currently sitting in 10th place, but averaging around 0.2 points per game fewer. However, they cannot move significantly up or down and can probably be more or less satisfied with their season thus far. 

After a 4:1 win over Samsunspor, coach Recep Uçar spoke ot the media. He was very happy with how the team executed the game plan, especially up front. The coach also praised the squad for their discipline throughout the match.

For the upcoming game, a starting left full-back, Casper Hojer, will serve his one-game suspension due to the accumulation of yellow cards. Moreover, central defender Khusniddin Alikulov should remain sidelined with his injury. 

Gaziantep had an amazing start to the season, even spending some time in the top four. Unfortunately, as the season progressed, their results declined, and they generally struggled in the second portion of the season. Looking only at the last 15 games, Gaziantep have been tied for the worst team in the league! Luckily, due to a good start to the season, they sit in 9th place with 34 points from 28 rounds. Just like Rizespor, they cannot move significantly up or down in the league table. 

After a 1:1 draw with Alanyaspor, coach Burak Yılmaz spoke to the media. He said they definitely deserved a win from the match, considering how many chances they created. The coach added that they essentially secured survival and that the goal is pretty much achieved. 

When it comes to absences, the team should have no new ones, but the players who missed the previous matches should remain sidelined - Badou Ndiaye and Salem M'Bakata.
