RFS have been the league's best or second-best team for the past several years. In the last one, they won the double and are (expectedly) among the best teams this year as well. Right now, they are in second place in the domestic league, but only three points away from the top spot. When it comes to Europe, RFS did very well recently, reaching the Group phase in the Europa League last season. However, this season, RFS will have a really challenging task considering the bookies offer odds around 5.0 for them reaching the next stage of the competition.
Malmo, a 24-time Swedish winner, won the title in four of the last five seasons. This year, due to a slow start, "The Blue Ones" are in fourth place with seven points away from the top spot. However, as the season progresses, they are only looking better and better. Meanwhile, in Europe, Malmo struggled to reach the Group phase recently and last did so in 2021/22 when they reached the Champions League. Before the RFS duel, Malmo easily dealt with Iberia 1999, beating them 6:2 on aggregate.
RFS vs Malmo pick: BTTS - YES
RFS are in a fantastic form, winning eight games in a row, with an average of 2.25 goals per game. Even though they are an underdog in this match, we believe they are more than capable to score, especially if we take a look at their performance at home last year. They played eight home matches last year and scored on seven occasions while scoring against excellent teams like Ajax, Anderlecht, Galatasaray, Bodo/Glimt, etc..
Malmo also did great recently, winning four in a row while scoring two or more goals every time. Also, away from home, Malmo were solid, scoring at least a goal in three of the last four matches - 75%.
Considering both teams' fantastic form and all the above, both teams to score bet seems like the best option for this CL Qualifiers match.
RFS team news
Herdi Prenga is the newest name on the injury list. The 30-year-old central defender suffered an injury in the Levadia match and missed the following game vs Metta/LU. His potential absence could be a significant factor, considering he is one of their best defenders.
Besides Prenga, the players who missed the previous games should remain sidelined - Niks Sliede, Alfusainey Jatta, Martins Kigurs, and Ismael Diomande.

Malmo FF team news
Central defender Andrej Djuric had his debut in the last game vs Oster. The 21-year-old joined the club from Crvena Zvezda for a fee of around 1.5 million euros. Djuric was one of the best players on the team in the last match, and he will most likely be a vital part of the rotation.
Regarding injuries, the players who missed the previous games should remain sidelined - Erik Botheim, Anders Christiansen, Johan Dahlin, Stefano Holmquist, and Gentian Lajqi.
