Real Betis had an excellent last season, finishing in 6th place in La Liga and reaching the Conference League Finals, where they eventually lost to Chelsea. This year, the Andalusian team had an OK start by their standards as they won nine points in the first six rounds (1.5 per game). That is only slightly worse than their average of 1.58 from last season. 

After a 3:1 win over Real Sociedad in the previous match, coach Manuel Pellegrini spoke to the media. He said it was a complete performance by his team and was proud of the team's intensity. The coach also highlighted his squad for responding in the second half and regaining control after conceding a goal.

Nottingham had an excellent season behind them, finishing seventh in the Premier League. However, throughout the season, the Forest were constantly among the top-five teams and could have easily secured the Champions League. Unfortunately, they eventually missed it by one point due to a poor finish to the season.

Still, the departure of coach Nuno Espirito Santo, who left because of disagreements with the owners, hurt them very much. Ange Postecoglou arrived, and the Forest looks terrible as they sit in 15th place with just five points from five Premier League rounds. They also suffered a defeat in the EFL Cup to the Championship side, Swansea. 

After a 1:1 draw with Burnley, coach Ange Postecoglou spoke to the media. The coach said it was a tough game and that he was happy with how they controlled the game, but was unhappy about not winning all three points. He added they are improving and that they are not the same team they were around a week or two ago.
