PSV comes into Tuesday's KNVB Beker contest after a thrilling 4:3 win against Heracles in the Eredivisie last weekend. Guus Til's late goal settled the score as Peter Bosz's side held on for a nervy win against their relegation-threatened opponents. 

An excellent run of form has seen PSV collect victories in six of their last seven games, including an outstanding 4:1 win at Liverpool at the end of last month. Free-flowing in the forward positions, the Boeren scored 15 goals in their three most recent games and another high-scoring victory is expected this week. 

Indeed, the in-form hosts should claim an easy win on Tuesday. Bosz's boys have been in great form, winning by three goals or more in recent wins against Volendam and Liverpool, and they should stroll to a similarly comfortable win this week.

Head coach Bosz has no fresh injury issues this week. Ruben van Bommel and Alassane Pléa remain long-term absentees for the home side.

GVVV Veenendaal face the daunting trip to Eindhoven after a disastrous 4:0 home defeat against Almere City in the Tweede Divisie last weekend. Goalkeeper Ruben van Kouwen was sent off after just 14 minutes before the visitors strolled to an easy win at Sportpark Panhuis.

Before Saturday's dismal reversal, GVVV had been in good form, remaining unbeaten in four previous games, including a run of three successive victories.

Likz PSV, high-scoring outcomes have been frequent for the visitors. Six of their last ten fixtures finished with at least four goals scored. An average of exactly four goals per game were scored in those matches.
