After a disastrous last season and a bad start to this season as well, Manchester United are slowly recovering. The Red Devils are currently in sixth place with 25 points in 15 rounds - only one point away from fourth place and the Champions League spots. However, even though the top spot is "only" eight points away, no one really considers them as a true title contender, and securing a top-four finish is probably their maximum. 

After a 4:1 win over Manchester United, coach Rúben Amorim spoke to the media. He was happy with the win, but also noted they allowed Wolves back into the game before half-time. "It was a good evening. We scored four, and we had a lot of shots. I think we improved a lot. We created so many more chances and scored more goals," the coach added.

Bournemouth have been a mid-table team in the PL since their promotion in 2022. Last season, the Cherries were excellent, finishing 9th, fairly close to securing Europe for the first time ever. This year, they have had an excellent start, and it seemed they might get involved in a battle for Europe. Unfortunately, they went on a very bad streak and dropped to 13th place with 20 points in 15 rounds.

In the previous game against Chelsea, Marcos Sensei Baron suffered a thigh injury and had to leave the field after 62 minutes. His potential absence could be a massive factor, considering they will have a few players out with injuries - Ben Gannon-Doak, Ryan Christie, Veljko Milosavljevic, Matai Akinmboni, while Lewis Cook will remain suspended. On the positive side, Tyler Adams served his one-game suspension and will be ready.
