After returning to the Premier League last season, Leeds' primary goal is to avoid relegation. The Whites have a solid six points more than the drop zone, but West Ham, the first below the line, will try to push in the coming months, and Leeds have to continue picking up points. Nottingham Forest are another team in relegation worries. Like Leeds, they are also six points above the drop zone. However, the last few matches give some glimpse of hope, as Nottingham Forest are undefeated in the previous three games. In the most recent outing, Sean Dyche's team played 1-1 at home against Crystal Palace. The home side should feel fortunate with one point as they ended with xG of 0.49, while the guests had 1.90. 

Nottingham Forest were active on the market in the previous days. They signed goalkeeper Stefan Ortega from Manchester City and left-back Luca Netz from Borussia Monchengladbach. Both players will have the opportunity to debut on Friday at Elland Road. 

Nottingham Forest have problems with missing players, too. They will be without John Victor, Chris Wood, Nicolo Savona, Neco Williams, and Matz Sels on Friday night, while Callum Hudson-Odoi is questionable.
