Damac FC come into Thursday's SPL contest after picking up a 1:1 draw at Al Fateh. Yakou Méïté gave the visitors a first-half lead, and despite being reduced to men after just 16 minutes, Fábio Carille´s side held on for a point at Prince Abdullah bin Jalawi Stadium.

Still fighting to escape the relegation zone, Damac have struggled to find much winning form this season. The hosts won just one of their last 13 matches, while remaining winless in their three most recent fixtures. 

Coming into this fixture, Damac sit 18th in the SPL, behind Al Riyadh on goal difference only. 

A lack of attacking firepower has been a big concern for Carille's side. Damac scored just four goals in their last seven matches.

Head coach Carille will be forced into at least one change to his selection this week. Dhari Al-Enezi is suspended after he was sent off in last week´s draw at Al Fateh.

Al Riyadh return to SPL action looking to bounce back from a 1:0 defeat at the hands of Al Ahli last time out. A late own-goal from Milan Borjan proved the difference in a tight contest at Prince Turki bin Abdul Aziz Stadium.

Like the home side, Maurício Dulac´s men have struggled to find any kind of winning form this year. Al Riyadh picked up just one victory from 19 games played since last October.

Low-scoring outcomes have been frequent for the visitors, with only one of their last eight games finishing with more than two goals scored. With both teams short in confidence, a similarly tight affair could be on the cards on Thursday.

Head coach Dulac has no reported injury or suspension issues this week.
