Following a dominant 4:0 win for Crvena Zvezda in the first leg of the Champions League 2nd Round Qualifying round against Larne, these teams will face off in the second leg in Serbia. After a dominant display in Northern Ireland, it seems that Larne would need a miracle to advance.
Let's break down the game and find the best possible bet for this Champions League Qualifiers tie.

Last week's first-leg game was these teams' only H2H game ever. Crvena Zvezda absolutely dominated the game, winning 4:0. It was a truly deserved result in a game where Crvena Zvezda had 69% ball possession, 15 shots on goal compared to Larne's zero.
Crvena Zvezda team overview
Crvena Zvezda have been a super-dominant team in Serbia, winning the last nine league titles. And anything but a title this season would be a massive disappointment. And indeed, they started the season great, winning the first two games against Macva 5:0 and last season's vice-champions, Vojvodina 3:1.
Their main goal for the season is to win the domestic title, but also to qualify for the Champions League main phase, especially after failing to do so last season when Paphos surprisingly eliminated them.
After a 3:1 win over Vojvodina, coach Dejan Stankovic spoke to the media. He said it was a perfect first half as they managed to control the game and play at a very high level. The coach was very satisfied with the start to the season but also said they need to maintain their focus because they are expecting a very long and challenging season.

Larne team overview
Larne managed to win the title last season, finishing three points above 2nd-placed Coleraine. They have been among the best teams in the country for a few seasons now, and this result is not a surprise at all. This year, they have already won the Sharity Shield title and eliminated Tre Fiori in the 1st Round of the Champions League Qualifiers. However, after the first leg against Crvena Zvezda, it was obvious they lacked the quality for this level of competition. Nevertheless, even with a loss, they will continue in the Europa League qualifiers, but in the 3rd Round.
After a 4:0 loss to Crvena Zvezda, coach Gary Haveron spoke to the media. He said he was proud of the effort, despite the scoreline. The coach admitted that Crvena Zvezda are a real quality side and showed why they regularly compete at a high level in Europe.

Prediction
Crvena Zvezda have just won 4:0 in the first leg on the road while thoroughly overwhelming Larne. They generally had a great start to the season, scoring 12 goals in the first three games - four per game! Mostly due to their great offense, they went over 3.5 goals in all three games. Looking further back, if we include friendlies, they went over the mentioned line in five consecutive games across competitions.
To be fair, Larne haven't been as great for this bet. However, they were completely dominated by Crvena Zvezda in Northern Ireland and allowed four goals. If they allowed four at home, we have very little confidence they can do better in a very difficult road match in Belgrade.
Considering all the above, we believe that an over 3.5 goals bet is the safest option for this Champions League Qualifiers tie.
3 Reasons why we should see four or more goals
- Crvena Zvezda won the first leg 4:0
- Crvena Zvezda scored 12 goals in the first three official games this season
- Crvena Zvezda went over 3.5 goals in five games across competitions
Main prediction Crvena Zvezda - Larne
Over 3.5 goals
