Ceramica Cleopatra vs Pharco prediction 30.12.2025 | Egyptian League Cup

Ceramica Cleopatra return to League Cup business after a return to winning form in the Egypt Cup last week. After a goalless 90 minutes, Ali Maher's men eventually emerged with a 2:0 victory against Abu Qair Semad after extra-time.

The Gold & Blood had suffered defeats in their two previous fixtures, losing 1–0 to Al Ahly and 2–0 away at El-Gaish, with both matches coming in the League Cup. While the hosts have struggled in recent cup runouts, they remain top of the Egyptian Premier League, with nine wins from 13 games completed. 

Low-scoring outcomes have been frequent in recent weeks, and in past encounters against Pharco. Each of Ceramica's last four games finished with under 2.5 goals scored, while six of eight previous matches against Pharco also saw fewer than three goals scored.

Head coach Maher has no reported injury issues this week.

Pharco come into Wednesday's League Cup contest following an impressive comeback win against ENPPI in their most recent runout last week. Second-half goals from Ahmed El Bahrawy and Babacar Ndiaye sealed a third successive League Cup win for Ahmed Khatab's side. 

The Alexandria-based side have been in superb form in recent weeks, picking up six wins from seven games played since the end of October. PHA sit at the top of the League Cup, Group A, with three successive victories collected in December.

Usually involved in low-scoring outcomes, all but two of Pharco's last 15 fixtures finished with fewer than three goals scored, and another tight affair seems likely this week.

Head coach Khatab is expected to retain confidence in the same side that claimed victory against ENPPI last week.
