Bodo/Glimt vs Tottenham prediction 30.09.2025 | Champions League

Bodo/Glimt were Norway's best or second-best team in the previous few seasons. Last season, they secured the title but also had a magnificent Europa League run, reaching the Semi-Finals, which is by far their best placement in Europe. This year, they are once again among the best teams in the country, currently sitting in second place with one point behind Viking, but with one game played less. However, objectively, looking at the stats and the difference in goals, we can say that they are undoubtedly the best team in Norway this year. And in the Champions League opener, Bodo/Glimt managed to secure one point in a 2:2 draw with Slavia Prague in a super-exciting game. 

In the previous game vs Odd in the Cup, defender Brede Moe suffered an injury after only 28 minutes and had to leave the field. It was an unfortunate moment for the 33-year-old as he had just returned from a back injury. 

Tottenham had a terrible Premier League season under Ange Postecoglou. Yes, they won the Europa title as Postecoglou promised in his second season with the club, but a terrible PL season cost him the job. 17th place in the Premier League is definitely where Spurs aren't supposed to be. Now, under Thomas Frank, Spurs are doing much better as they are sitting in fourth place in the Premier League and have also won all three points in the Champions League opener vs Villarreal. 

After a 1:1 draw with Wolves, coach Thomas Frank spoke to the media. He said they were on top, controlled the game, and generally did very well in the first half. However, he said Wolves' goal killed their good momentum. Eventually, the coach concluded that he expected a win but said the performance wasn't good enough.
