Arsenal will be looking to keep their title hopes alive with another win when they welcome Everton to the Emirates Stadium for Matchday 16 of the 2024-25 Premier League campaign this weekend.
The hosts came close to winning the English top-flight title in each of the last two seasons. Arteta's men finished second in both campaigns, including last season when they missed out on the title by just two points. This season is very different, with the Citizens seemingly out of the title race and Liverpool at the top of the table. Arsenal also have Chelsea ahead of them, making Saturday's game against Everton a must-win for captain Martin Ordegaard and Co.
Everton have had their own challenges in recent years but they have not been title-related. The Blues were docked points for breaching Financial Fair Play regulations last season and had to fight to stay in the Premier League until the final day of the campaign. Dyche's men made one of the worst starts to a season, losing all four of their opening league games, but have improved of late with the Toffees losing just two of their last nine.

Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta has plenty of injury problems in defence, with at least five set to miss the visit of Everton this weekend.
Gabriel Magalhães has missed the last three games due to a knee injury and the centre back is a doubt for this weekend’s clash.
Takehiro Tomiyasu, Ben White, Riccardo Calafiori (all knee) and Oleksandr Zinchenko (knock) are also dealing with injuries that will see them miss Saturday’s game.
