Wrexham spent much of February looking almost untouchable against sides outside the top two. The Red Dragons won four matches and drew another during a strong five game run. Momentum felt real around the Racecourse. Supporters started whispering about a serious playoff push.

That run has cooled a little, though. Phil Parkinson’s side lost the last two games, both at home. The FA Cup defeat to Chelsea finished 4–2 after extra time and actually drew plenty of praise. Losing to Hull City in midweek, however, raised more concern.

The Swans managed exactly that with a narrow 2–1 victory, although the performance itself felt slightly scrappy. Still, results often matter more than style in the Championship. That win marked only the second away success in the last six road games. The other four ended in defeat, which explains why Swansea remain outside the playoff positions.

Žan Vipotnik continues to carry the main scoring threat. The Slovenian striker has already scored 17 league goals this season. Ronald is expected to support him in attack after contributing three goals and four assists.
