EFL Cup action continues on Tuesday evening as an out-of-form Wolves side host Everton at Molineux.
Both teams slipped to defeat in their weekend Premier League contests against Leeds and Liverpool, respectively, but Everton come into this fixture in much better form.
The Toffees claimed a high-scoring victory when these sides last met in the Premier League just three weeks ago, and will be confident of heaping further misery on a home side languishing at the bottom of England's top flight.

Premier League
Wolves and Everton have met on 15 occasions since 2018. Both teams won six of those games, with Everton scoring a 3:2 win in their most recent encounter at Molineux three weeks ago.
Wolves team overview
Wolves come into Tuesday's EFL Cup third round clash in dismal form after another disastrous home defeat last weekend. Despite taking the lead in their home clash against Leeds, Vitor Pereira's side conceded three goals in the first half as they slipped to a 3:1 reversal at Molineux.
The hosts have struggled badly since the start of the season, and remain pointless after five Premier League games. A 3:2 win against West Ham in this competition remains Black and Gold's only victory of the season. Going back even further, Pereira's side have lost eight and won just one of their last ten competitive fixtures.
The Portuguese boss could make some changes to his first XI on Tuesday. Top scorer Jørgen Strand Larsen could make his return to the side after missing the hosts last three matches. Ki-Jana Hoever remains a long-term absentee.

Everton team overview
Everton makes the trip to Molineux in strong form despite a narrow 2:1 defeat against old rivals Liverpool on Saturday. David Moyes' side put in a spirited display but eventually fell to their second defeat of the season.
The Toffees enjoyed an excellent run of results before their weekend loss, winning three and drawing one of four games since a 1:0 loss at Leeds last month.
Moyes' men have improved significantly since the Scot returned to his role as head coach. Everton lost just two of their last ten competitive games, and only five of their last 21 fixtures since February.
Everton are unlikely to make too many changes to their first XI this week.Jarrad Branthwaite is the expected absentee for the Toffees.

Prediction
Everton are in much better form, and I expect the Toffees to at least avoid defeat in 90 minutes. An away win or draw should prove a safe choice on Tuesday evening.
Three Reasons Why We Expect Everton to Win or Draw
- Everton are unbeaten in 8 of their last 10 competitive matches
- Wolves failed to win 9 of their last 10 competitive matches
- Wolves failed to win their last 3 matches against Everton
Main prediction Wolverhampton Wanderers - Everton
Everton win or draw (X2)
