Bayern Munich returned to Bundesliga title-winning ways last season, finishing 13 points above second-placed Leverkusen. However, the overall sentiment around the club was not positive.
The Reds were eliminated by PSG in the Champions League quarter-finals and also failed to win the German Cup. There have been plenty of improvements so far this season, with Kompany and Co winning both of their competitive games in the 2025–26 season.
One of those victories was an impressive five-star display at the Allianz Arena on Friday night, where they scored six goals against RB Leipzig in the Bundesliga and kept a clean sheet.

Given how well Bayern Munich are currently playing, it's not a question of whether they will win this game but rather how many times the back of the net will shake.
