Toulouse return to Ligue 1 action on Saturday after a 2:1 defeat at Le Havre last weekend. Issa Soumaré's brace secured a hard-fought win for the home side.

Carles Martínez's side have now lost both of their last two league games, having previously enjoyed a five-game unbeaten run since the start of January. Toulouse now sit 10th in Ligue 1, eight points clear of Paris FC. 

A lack of firepower has been evident in Les Violets recent performances. Toulouse scored just two goals in their last four games, while they have seen under 2.5 goals scored in four of their five most recent fixtures.

Head coach Martínez has a long list of potential absentees this weekend. Mark McKenzie, Abu Francis, Alex Domínguez and Ilyas Azizi are ruled out, Rafik Messali, Alexis Vossah and Frank Magri are doubtful.

Les Bleus have struggled to find much form in the past month, and now find themselves just five points above the Ligue 1 relegation zone. Stephane Gilli's side failed to win their last five matches, drawing blanks in four of those fixtures. 

Away from home, three of Paris’s last four fixtures have produced under 2.5 goals, and with both teams lacking cutting edge in recent weeks, another low-scoring contest looks likely on Saturday.

Head coach Gilli has several selection dilemmas to deal with this weekend. Rémy Riou and Sofiane Alakouch are ruled out, Hamari Traoré and Pierre-Yves Hamel are doubtful, while Adama Camara, Rudy Matondo and Maxime López are suspended.
