Slovenia enjoyed a highly successful international break in June, winning both of their matches. The Dragons first secured a 1:0 win over Luxembourg, then a 2:1 win over Bosnia and Herzegovina four days later.

These two victories took Slovenia's winning streak to three consecutive matches and they are now unbeaten in five games across all competitions.
