After 16 consecutive seasons in the Swiss top-flight division, Sion suffered relegation in the 2022/23 season, but managed to secure an instant return the following season. This year, throughout the season, they only looked to survive and, for now, are doing a decent job. Now, three rounds before the end of the season, Sion are sitting in 9th place with 40 points - a comfortable five points away from the relegation playout. After the St. Gallen game, they will face the worst team in the league (Grasshoppers) and the 10th-placed Winterthur. So, we would say they have an excellent chance of securing survival.

St. Gallen came to this season after a really good last one, where they finished fifth and secured the Conference League. This year, unfortunately, they haven't been remotely as successful. They ended up in the relegation group, but aren't in danger, considering they are in 8th place with 48 points - 13 points away from the relegation play-off. So, they have already secured survival and have nothing to play for in the remaining three games.

So, we do not think we will see a great offensive performance against St. Gallen.
