Real Sociedad vs Levante prediction 04.04.2026 | La Liga

Real Sociedad had a pretty bad last season, finishing 11th and missing out on Europe for the first time since the 2018/19 season. This year, the Basque team continued with poor performances at the start of the season, but as the season progressed, they only looked better and better. Unfortunately, they lost two of the past three games and will look to bounce back at home, where they have been amazing in the past couple of months. At the moment, they are in 7th place with 38 points. But their best performance came in the Cup, where they reached the Finals and will have the opportunity to win their first major trophy since the 2019/20 season, when they also won the Cup.

Igor Zubeldia and Jon Gorrotxategi suffered injuries in the previous game against Villarreal and had to leave the field. They will most likely miss the upcoming match, along with the players who missed the previous game(s) with injuries - Takefusa Kubo, Alvaro Odriozola, and Yangel Herrera. 

Levante returned to La Liga last season and are only trying to survive in the Spanish top flight. Throughout the season, they had ups and downs, but it seems they are in the best form this year. Right now, they are on a four-game unbeaten run (two wins and two draws), which is the first time this season they haven't lost four consecutive matches. The popular Frogs are now in 19th place with 26 points from 29 rounds - three points away from the safe zone.

In the previous game against Real Oviedo, two strikers, Carlos Espi and Ivan Romero, suffered injuries and had to leave the field. However, it seems the injuries are not serious and that they should be ready for the upcoming match. Espi is in great form, having scored six goals in the past four games, and that should be a massive plus for the Frogs. 

Meanwhile, Carlos Alvarez and Roger Brugue should remain sidelined with their injuries.
