La Liga action continues in Pamplona this week as Osasuna look to boost their European qualification hopes against Atletico Madrid. 

A decent run of form has seen the home side pick up three wins, while losing just one of their seven previous La Liga games. Placed 11th in the division, Vicente Moreno's side now find themselves just two points outside of the European qualification positions after a hard-fought 1:1 draw against Real Betis on Sunday.

Tough to beat in Pamplona, Osasuna lost only three of 19 previous home La Liga games, and they should present a stiff test for an Atletico side no longer in contention to win the league title. 

Goals can usually be expected at the Estadio El Sadar. All but two of Osasuna's last 15 home fixtures saw both teams get on scoresheet, and a similar outcome should be on the cards on Thursday.

Atletico make the trip to Pamplona after an impressive 4:0 win against Real Sociedad on Saturday. Norwegian forward Alexander Sørloth took his La Liga tally to 19 goals with a stunning quadruple at the Metropolitano. 

Less impressive on their travels, Diego Simeone's side failed to win six of their last eight away league fixtures, while they have dropped points in nine of their last 15 road games. 

With Osasuna gunning for victory, we should see a competitive contest with BTTS likely to land at the Estadio El Sadar.
