The Belgian coach said the team showed they are working hard and are beginning to understand more what he expects from them, with and without the ball. 

West Brom are also one of the teams that struggle to get back to the Premier League after their relegation. The Baggies were relegated in 2020/21 and only reached the playoffs once in the following four seasons. This year, however, the Baggies were atrocious and looked more like a relegation team than one that should be battling for the playoffs. Even after a coaching change in mid-January, the situation is unchanged. In fact, under coach Eric Ramsey, the team is doing even worse, having won just three points in six games. At the moment, they are in 19th place with 34 points, only two points away from the danger zone. 

After a goalless draw with Birmingham, coach Eric Ramsay spoke to the media. He said they secured back-to-back clean sheets, which is huge for them in moving forward. The coach emphasised the need for everyone to step up, especially experienced players.
