A competitive and entertaining Premier League contest is expected on Friday with both teams seeing plenty of high-scoring outcomes in recent weeks. 

National Bank extended their unbeaten run to four matches with a 2:2 draw against Zamalek on Monday. A thrilling contest saw both teams score in injury time, with Yaw Annor's eighth goal of the season rescuing a point for the hosts.

Tarek Mostafa's in-form side have now picked up ten points from their last four matches since a 4:0 Egyptian Cup defeat against Pyramids. 

An entertaining side to watch, National Bank saw BTTS in each of their last seven PL matches and in their seven previous home fixtures.

Pyramids return to action looking to bounce back from a 3:2 defeat at Pharco earlier this week. Marwan Hamdy's stoppage-time goal proved consolation only for Krunoslav Jurčić's side. 

Like the hosts, high-scoring outcomes have been common for the away side in recent months. BTTS occurred in six of Pyramid's last seven games and in each of their three previous road matches. 

Pyramids have had the better of recent meetings, claiming victories in nine of their last ten meetings, including a 3:1 win in their most recent PL meeting in November.

While the visitors will fancy their chances of picking up the points, I'm putting my money on both teams to score this week.
