Inter vs Pisa prediction 23.01.2026 | Serie A

Inter are playing an interesting season thus far. After a strong start in the Champions League, winning the first four games, they lost three in a row and dropped out of the 1/8 Finals spots. While they are still guaranteed a spot in the 1/16 Finals, those losses have significantly complicated their European path. On the other hand, they are in a completely different momentum in Serie A. Nerazzurri had some problems at the start, but are now the hottest team in the competition. At the moment, they are at the top of Serie A, three points away from 2nd-placed AC Milan.

After a 3:1 loss to Arsenal in the previous game, coach Cristian Chivu spoke to the media. He said Arsenal were a superior team, praising their intensity and pace. The coach said they competed well at a 1:1 scoreline, but Arsenal's superior finishing eventually decided the game. 

Pisa managed to secure promotion last season after a 34-year break! Their only goal this season is to avoid relegation and stay in the Italian top flight. Unfortunately, after 21 rounds, they found themselves in 19th place with 14 points. Still, the safe zone is only three points away, and they aren't playing as poorly as their record suggests. The impression is that they were unlucky or simply lacked talent upfront to turn some of those 11 draws into wins. 

During the transfer window, Pisa tried to address offensive problems by adding 23-year-old Rafiu Durosinmi. The young striker arrived from Plzen and needed only 19 minutes to score in his debut for Pisa in a 1:1 draw vs Atalanta in the previous game. Durosinmi came off the bench in that game, but we wouldn't be surprised if he got a chance to start against Inter.
