Hammarby TFF - Assyriska FF prediction 01.09.2025 | Division 1 - Norra

Hammarby TFF is serving as the development team for Hammarby IF. They were part of the lower levels of football in Sweden throughout history. Hammarby TFF never played in Superettan, but it seems that they will have the opportunity in 2026 as Fredrik Samuelsson's team is playing excellently in Division 1 - Norra. Hammarby TFF are at the top of the competition and will have a good chance to win promotion to Superettan.

Hammarby TFF are on a good run as they have been undefeated in the last five matches. They won 2-1 at home against Team TG in the previous game. Although victory was secured late in the match, it was clear that Hammarby TFF are a clearly better side, as they ended with 63% ball possession and seven shots on the goal more than the guests.

After a tough victory against Team TG, Hammarby TFF's head coach, Fredrik Samuelsson, was satisfied. He said, "Overall, an acceptable effort nonetheless. However, there is relatively great potential for improvement, especially in the offensive play in the opponents' half."

The 2025 season could be the best season for Assyriska FF in the last few seasons, as they are currently a top-half team in Division 1 - Norra. However, they are only five points above the relegation playoff zone, so everything could change fast. 

Assyriska FF are not playing well lately as they have lost three of the last four matches. The negative run was broken last weekend, when Abbod Kocadag's team won 3-1 at home against Orebro Syrianska. Although stats don't show any differences between the teams, Assyriska FF's much better efficiency was enough for all three points. 

Assyriska FF can't financially compete with some other teams in the competition, but they are doing a marvelous job with younger players. A few days ago, Assyriska FF announced that two valuable pieces for the future, Kevin Jarrett-Marston and Kingdom Osayi, signed new contracts with the club.
