After securing the trip to the FA Cup Finals with a win over Aston Villa in the previous game, Crystal Palace will welcome out-of-form Nottingham in the 35th round of the Premier League at Selhurst Park in London.
Crystal Palace are playing their 12th consecutive season in the Premier League, where they have constantly been between 10th and 15th place. This year, the Eagles had a bad start and spent most of their time around the relegation zone. However, we strongly believed they were too good to get involved in a relegation battle, and truly, they managed to turn things around. They moved to 12th place with 45 points in 34 rounds and cannot move significantly up or down in the remaining four rounds. Their main goal in the remainder of the season is to somehow secure a win in the FA Cup against Manchester City and ensure Europe for the first time in the 21st century.
Nottingham played an incredible season. For most of the year, they were in third place, and it seemed they could secure the Champions League appearance next year. Unfortunately, they are in bad form, losing four of the last five games, including a loss to Manchester City in the FA Cup Semi-Finals. In the Premier League, they are still in a good position as they sit in 6th place with 60 points from 34 matches. The Forest are on a level with points with 5th-placed Chelsea and just two away from third-placed Newcastle, but their form is definitely a reason for concern.
Crystal Palace vs Nottingham pick: Crystal Palace to (AH 0) win
While Nottingham had a much better season overall, if we look only at the last 15 games, we can see the Eagles were better, winning two points more. Also, at home, Crystal Palace were incredible recently, winning five and drawing once in the last six matches.
Meanwhile, Nottingham lost back-to-back games against Brentford and Manchester City while failing to score. Moreover, they lost four of the last five over the previous five games in all competitions. It is evident that the Forest are in bad momentum and will have a tough job against Crystal Palace, which will be confident after securing the FA Cup Finals.
Considering Crystal Palace's fantastic home run and Nottingham's poor form, we believe the Eagles are much closer to winning the upcoming Premier League tie.

Crystal Palace team news
In the previous game against Aston Villa, left full-back Tyrick Mitchell suffered an injury and had to leave the field after 84 minutes. However, even if he misses the game, the Eagles have a very good option in Ben Chilwell. Additionally, the players who missed the previous games with injuries should remain sidelined - Matt Turner, Cheick Doucoure, and Chadi Riad Dnanou.
Meanwhile, central defender Chris Richards served his one-game suspension and will be available.

Nottingham team news
After a 2:0 loss to Brentford, coach Nuno Espirito Santo spoke to the media. He said that two goals they conceded could have been avoided and that they have to do a lot better job in those long-ball situations. The coach also said that the FA Cup loss to Manchester City had a physical impact on them as they could play at a higher tempo than they usually do. "I see belief, desire, and commitment. But the reality is that we are struggling in some aspects of our game," the coach added.
When it comes to injuries, with Ola Aina recovered from his calf injury, Eric da Silva Moreira should be the only injured player on the team.
