Chelsea return to Premier League business after a hard-fought 2:1 EFL Cup victory against lower-league opponents Lincoln City on Tuesday. Goals from youngsters Facundo Buonanotte and Tyrique George secured a narrow road victory for Enzo Maresca´s men.
The Blues have not been at their best defensively in recent weeks. Chelsea conceded at least one goal in five of their last six games, with eight goals leaked in their four most recent fixtures.
Five of Chelsea´s last six games finished with BTTS and over 2.5 goals scored, while all but three of the last 15 meetings between these sides finished with both teams scoring.

Brighton make the trip to London after an impressive 6:0 rout of Barnsley in the EFL Cup on Tuesday. Paraguayan playmaker Diego Gomez bagged four goals, including two sensational long-range strikes in a remarkable victory for the Seagulls.
Fabian Hürzeler´s side have been in mixed form in the early part of the new season, with five points picked up from five games. Brighton claimed a fine 2:1 win against Manchester City while they claimed a creditable 2:2 draw against Tottenham last weekend.
