Bristol managed to secure a playoff spot last season, for the first time since their arrival in the Championship in 2015/16. Unfortunately, they eventually failed to come out of the playoffs, but could have another chance this season. The Robbins are sitting in 8th place with 50 points from 34 rounds - four points away from the desired sixth place. At the moment, they average almost the exact number of points as last season, when they reached the playoffs. So, we can safely say they can be satisfied with their campaign, especially since they were projected to be in the lower part of the league table before the start of the competition. 

After a 2:1 win over Blackburn, coach Gerhard Struber spoke to the media. He said it was a difficult match, especially after Blackburn took an early lead. However, he said they reacted well and controlled much of the first half. Coach Struber eventually praised the attitude, engagement, and creativity in possession. 

Watford were eliminated from the Premier League in 2021/22 and really struggled in the following seasons, being nowhere near returning to the English top-flight division, or even the playoffs. The Hornets started well this year, but a terrible period between mid-January and mid-February pushed them to 12th place. Because of that terrible stretch, the club sacked the coach and appointed Edward Still. Under the new head coach, the Hornets won once, drew once, and lost once - a far from impressive start. 

After a 2:0 loss to Ipswich, coach Edward Still spoke to the media. He said it was a "game of two halves", but admitted they should be more aggressive. The coach said they failed to execute and noted they improved after halftime, but lacked finishing in the final third.
