Alanyaspor vs Galatasaray prediction 26.09.2025 | Super Lig

Alanyaspor are playing their tenth consecutive season in the Super Lig, where they have mostly been a mid-table team. Last year, they finished 12th, but not too close to the relegation zone, nor close to the European spots either. This year, their goal is pretty much the same - not to get involved in a relegation battle. For now, they are doing fine as they have won nine points in the first six rounds. 

After a 1:1 draw against Basaksehir, coach João Pereira spoke to the media. He was pretty satisfied with the result, but noted they could have taken all three points. The coach also praised his players for performing very well despite a heavy schedule and the third game in just one week. "This league demands you prove yourself every match. We have to stay sharp and build on this start," the coach added.

Galatasaray have been the best team in the country in recent years, winning three league titles in a row. Last year, besides winning the title, they also won the Cup. This season, Galata are once again looking like the best team in the league, considering they already have a six-point advantage over the next best team (Goztepe and Fenerbahce). Unfortunately, success in the domestic league did not transfer to the Champions League as they lost the season's opener 5:1 vs Eintracht Frankfurt. 

For the upcoming game against Alanyaspor, coach Okan Buruk will be without Victor Osimhen. The Nigerian striker will miss his fourth game in a row due to an ankle injury. According to credible sources, the striker trained recently, but the club doesn't want to rush his return.
