Real Madrid will be looking to get back to winning ways after last weekend's defeat to Barcelona when they welcome Mallorca to the Bernabeu on Wednesday.
The hosts had the chance to reduce the gap to the leaders Barcelona with a win on Sunday and they started the game well. Mbappe gave Real Madrid a two-goal lead after just 14 minutes, but it wasn't to be as Carlo Ancelotti's men conceded four goals to lose an El Clasico for the fourth time in a row. The defeat meant that the title is no longer in Los Blancos' hands, with Barca able to clinch the La Liga title with just a point away at Espanyol this week.
Mallorca meanwhile picked up an important win against Real Valladolid last weekend in their battle for European football. The visitors are now only separated from the top eight by goal difference, but picking up a point against Real Madrid at the Bernabeu is easier said than done. Jagoba Arrasate's side have lost all of their last seven visits to the stadium and they have not been in the best of form away from home in recent times.
Real Madrid vs Mallorca Betting Tips: Under 3.5 goals
All the last three games of Real Madrid have produced at least five goals with Los Blancos scoring eight goals in the process but their meetings with Mallorca are not known for being very entertaining. Three of the last four outings ended with just one goal and known of those fixtures produced more than two goals.
Mallorca have also been a hard not crack defensively over the last few months, allowing just a goal or nothing in 12 of their last 13 league matches. Each of the last eleven ended with under three goals and I expect a similar outcome this week against Real Madrid.
- Best Tip: Under 3.5 goals
- Real Madrid vs Mallorca prediction: 2-0

Mallorca team news
Mallorca will be without the services of Robert Navarro and Manu Morlanes on Wednesday due to adductor and hamstring injuries, respectively.
Head coach Jagoba Arrasate is expected to name the same side that came from a goal down to beat Real Valladolid 2-1 last weekend, meaning Asano and Darder will join Vedat Muriqi upfront.
