After finally breaking their disastrous EPL run, Manchester City are on the road again this weekend as they take on Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.

Crystal Palace vs  Manchester City Betting Tips: BTTS / Over 2.5

Man City make the trip to London after finally breaking their remarkable losing streak with a much-needed 3:0 win against Nottingham Forest on Wednesday.

After failing to win any of their last six matches, a run which saw them lose four successive EPL games for the first time under Spanish boss Pep Guardiola, City eased to a comfortable victory that leaves them still in the title race, nine points behind leaders Liverpool after their 3:3 draw at Newcastle.

Still, it would be foolhardy to suggest that one win has turned things around for the Citizens. On the road, Guardiola´s men have lost their last five matches, conceding two goals or more in all five defeats. The Citizens have managed just one clean in their last nine road games. Seven of those matches also saw both teams get on the scoresheet.

Crystal Palace return to home comforts after scoring a vital 1:0 win at Ipswich on Tuesday. While still inside the relegation zone, Oliver Glasner´s side have shown some signs of improvements in recent weeks. Unbeaten in their last three matches, the Eagles have lost just one of seven previous matches across all competitions, including victories against both Aston Villa and Tottenham.

Recent encounters between these sides have also proven entertaining. Three of their last four encounters saw BTTS and a minimum of four goals scored. Palace also scored two goals or more in all three of those matches, including a 2:2 draw at the Etihad almost one year ago. Guardiola´s men claimed a 4:2 win at Selhurst Park in their most recent encounter in April.

With the visitors still very much vulnerable, especially on their travels, I'm confident Palace can breach a shaky away defence in a likely competitive contest where both teams will make plenty of chances.

BTTS is my top tip, with the expectation we could see a minimum of three goals scored in a lively affair in London.
