For Everton, the 2024/25 is already successful. With ten games left in the season, West Ham have, like Everton, 33 points. That is enough to feel safe from relegation, but West Ham surely expected to be a little higher on the table. Graham Potter's team won two of the last seven matches. In the previous game, West Ham lost 1-0 at home against Newcastle. The home side finished the match with an xG of 0.45, while the guests had 1.38, so West Ham couldn't expect much from that game.
