Cruzeiro arrives at the Neo Química Arena looking to extend their excellent run in the Brasileirão. The league leaders have been in excellent form, picking up victories in each of their last four matches, while have suffered just one defeat in their last 17 matches.

Fifteen games into the Serie A season, Cruzeiro sit at the top of the division with ten wins and just two losses. On the road, Leonardo Jardim´s have been in good form, scoring ten points from their four most recent away fixtures. 

A solid defensive record has seen the visitors involved in several low-scoring outcomes in recent weeks. Four of their last six games, and four of their last five on the road finished with under 2.5 goals scored. 

Similarly, the home side have found goals hard to come by. Corinthians have seen under 2.5 goals in all but one of their last ten matches, and another low-scoring contest seems likely this week.

A poor run of form has seen Dorival Júnior's side lose three and win just one of their last seven matches, and they seem likely to struggle against their in-form visitors. 

In the end, we should expect a tight, low-scoring contest, with Cruzeiro the favourites to edge towards a narrow away win.

Under 2.5 goals is my preferred pick, while I also fancy the visitors to maintain their winning form.
