Saudi League champions Al Ittihad will be looking to finish their season on a high when they take on Al Qadisiya in the final of the King's Cup at Al Inma Bank Stadium on Friday evening.

After securing yet another Saudi League title, Al Ittihad bring their campaign to a close as they look for further silverware in the King's Cup final on Saturday. 

Boasting a superb record in Jeddah, Laurent Blanc's team claimed victories in 20 of their last 21 home fixtures, and will be expected to claim another triumph this weekend.

A strong run of form at the end of the Saudi League season saw Al Ittihad win nine of their last 11 games, while they have lost only two of 39 previous fixtures since September 2024. 

Blanc's men can take further confidence from a solid record in recent matches against Al Qadisiya, with victories claimed in four of their last five encounters since 2019. 

Al Qadisiya make the trip to Jeddah after their six-game unbeaten run was halted with a 2:0 defeat in their final Saudi League fixture. A fine season saw the men from Dammam finish fourth in the division, 15 points behind champions Al Ittihad. 

While Michel's side have enjoyed a strong end to the campaign, they have struggled to find their best form in games away from Damman. Al Qadisiya lost four of their last six on the road, and a similarly unsuccessful trip to Jeddah seems likely this weekend.
