Two of the division's in-form teams come together in Gothenburg this weekend as GAIS look to extend their unbeaten run to nine games against a Hammarby side in search of a fifth successive victory. 

GAIS maintained their decent start to the season with a hard-fought goalless draw against Malmo last weekend. Fredrik Holmberg´s side have now lost just two of their first 14 Allsvenskan games this season, and sit sixth in the division with 22 points on the board.

An inability to turn draws into wins has been an issue, though, with seven of those 14 matches finishing level. All seven of those matches finished with under 2.5 goals scored.

Low-scoring outcomes have been frequent for the home side, with ten of their last 14 competitive fixtures finishing with fewer than three goals. Only ten goals were scored in six Allsvenskan games played at this venue this season.

Hammarby makes the trip to the Gamla Ullevi in fine form after picking up a fourth successive Allsvenskan victory against Vanamo last weekend. Moise Kaboré´s stoppage-time goal secured the points for Kim Hellberg´s side. 

Like the hosts, low-scoring outcomes have occurred frequently in Hammarby´s recent Allsvenskan contests. All but one of their last six games finished with under 2.5 goals scored.

Both of last season's meetings between these sides finished goalless, and a similarly low-scoring draw seems the likeliest outcome on Sunday.
