For over a decade, Udinese have constantly been between 12th and 17th place, and this season seemed to be no exception. To be fair, in the first part of the season, I Bianconeri looked like they could have more success and maybe battle for Europe. Unfortunately, as the season progressed, it became more obvious that they are simply not good enough. Right now, they sit in 12th place with 44 points from 35 rounds. In these remaining three rounds, they cannot move significantly up or down.

Monza, on the other hand, totally collapsed this season. They had two very good years in the Serie A behind them, finishing 11th and 12th, but this one has been a pure disaster, and as time passes, they are only looking worse. Now, they are without a motive, and it is hard to expect a competitive game from them. Biancorossi are glued to the bottom, with only 15 points in 35 rounds, and are the only (mathematically) relegated team in Serie A. This Monza's season will go down as one of the worst in Serie A history!

Udinese had their ups and downs during the season, but they have had two good games, winning four points against Bologna and Cagliari. Also, at home, Udinese dominated the teams from the bottom of the league's table, winning games against Empoli, Venezia, Lecce, and Parma.

Monza are in terrible form, losing six in a row while scoring just one goal - 0.17 per game. Four of those losses were by two (or more) goal differences. If we look further back, we can see they have had major problems for a while now, winning just two points in 15 games. So, we definitely do not trust them away from home against anyone.

In the previous h2h game, Udinese won 2:1. Considering the previous h2h game, Udinese's good couple of games, and Monza's absolutely terrible form, and all the above, we firmly believe that Udinese should win and cover the -1 AH spread.
